At 174 ft, Noble House was built by Sensation Yachts and is one of the largest motor yachts to be constructed in New Zealand. The hull is manufactured from steel with an aluminum super structure adding stability and strength to the yacht, as well as reducing overall weight.

She features a combination of the timbers Anagre and Sappelle which complements the craft aesthetically and allows a feeling of freedom and tranquility for those on board. Natural light follows a spiral staircase from the flying bridge to the lower deck, a unique feature, adding a spatial ambience to the surrounding areas.
